In the unfortunate event of fish or coral mortality, we require a water sample to be submitted for analysis. Please be aware that the 15-Day Warranty will be automatically void if the water quality is found to be polluted. This includes, but is not limited to, conditions such as:

• Elevated Nitrate or Phosphate Levels
• Low Salinity
• Significantly Low Calcium, Magnesium, or KH Levels
• Picture of the dead fish
